The Bedroom is finished!

Our room is finished, thanks to Ashley, Mom, and Andy for putting together the bookshelf and the ridiculously heavy, multiple pieced dresser! But our hard work paid off because look how cute it looks! The bathroom is the next one to get organized! Wish us luck!

We made it!

After a long LONG drive to Provo on Monday we finally made it! We pulled into our apartment complex only to find that the office was closed for an hour. And since all our checkbooks were packed away in the trailer we decided to withdraw the rent money in order to pay rent and get our keys. Little did we know they didnt except cash but rather debit cards and checks. Luckily, Drew works at check city so we raced over (literally, raced... the office closed in 20 minutes) and got a money order. Finally we were able to pay rent and get into our apartment. Now that we can actually see the floor it looks very nice if I do say so myself. Today I finished unpacking and cleaning the kitchen so here are some pictures. As the rest of the apartment is finished I'll post some more!


Our cute kitchen table! I attempted to put it together, but wasn't strong enough to screw in the screws... so Andy finished it, and it looks great! Gotta love Ikea!

Open House

This past weekend we had our open house in Las Vegas. It was so much fun to get together and see everyone again. Those who couldn't come (Kelly, Mary, and Katie) were missed and we wish you lived closer... But we're glad you made it to California! Here are just a few pictures from the night.. the cupcakes were so tasty, I think by the time the night was over I had 4...plus the one I ate one more once we got home!

It's official!

We're finally married!! Sorry we havent posted in a while, between the wedding, honeymoon and open house life has been crazy. We are moving back up to Provo this week and will be much better posters! Check out our photographers website to see all the great pictures from the wedding.

5 days to go!

With only 5 days to go life gets crazier by the minute. There are always ribbons to cut, bows to tie, and anything else Mom Bruce tells me to do. It has been nice because Ashy and Ava have been here this weekend helping out and making grandma smile when she is a bit stressed. (Ava that is) Tonight Andy arrives (FINALLY!) and I can't wait to see him, no more good byes for us! Tomorrow we are off to get our marriage license and hopefully get a little beach time in. Safe travels for everyone coming!

Edward has come back into my life!

Yes, it is true, the third book arrived yesterday afternoon and I could not be more excited! Since Christian is leaving town this weekend Ashley and Ava are spending the weekend in San Juan... Therefore we will be reading the book together because my mom bought 3 copies for everyone to enjoy. Obsessed much? Yes... but it is worth it for Edward!

2 Weeks!!

Well, the countdown continues as we get closer and closer to the wedding. I am just excited, my mom on the other hand is a bit stressed. Every morning at 5AM she wakes up freaking out that everything isn't going to get done. So she gets up and gets to work. Gotta love moms! Really, things aren't that bad, it is just the little things that we are working on now... final numbers, favors, dress fittings, etc... Anyways, I can't wait to see everyone, I hope all is well!!
