California

California will always hold a special place in my heart... I LOVE the beach, and it was so nice and relaxing to go down this last weekend and do nothing! Here is the one and only picture I took from the weekend:

What could be better... the beach, Kindle, and an ice cold diet coke with some Ricardo's for lunch. What a great weekend! Thanks Bruce family for the royal treatment!!!

Who needs Hilda...

when you have a Bump-it!!! (As seen on TV) Really is "from flat to fabulous in seconds!"

All you need is a can of hair spray, and comb for teasing, and a sister to laugh with!

**I decided to get out of the heat and have a girls weekend in California! (Andy gets to come on Friday...yippee!)

Today it was 108 degrees...

I think Andy was thirsty...
FYI- he was dead serious... I came into the family room and this was how I found him...

And so it begins...

Today after work I decided to stop by Gap to see if they had anything I liked... I think I liked a little too much! I guess this is how it will be from now on... does everything always look so cute?

The cute elephant outfit came in the mail from Grandma Tracy and the cute little gray Zoom outfit came in the mail from Auntie Ashley. Aunt Kelly brought Baby Coons some BYU gear for the basketball season. I am so happy we will have a little Cougar!! When we were at BYU for my cousins wedding I wanted to get some Cougar wear, but we didn't know whether or not to buy blue or pink...thanks Aunt Kelly for helping us out!!

Barbeque, Swimming and Cousins

Last night we had everyone over for a little Barbeque since the Trythall gang was in town. I decided to do a Bruce Family Traditional BBQ--Flank Steak. I was SO nervous because a) I have never done it and b) I have never watched Grandpa Honey make it. After numerous phone calls to my mom I think we finally figured it out... The backyard was smelling like Grandpa Honey's....
I think it was a job well done, because there wasn't a steak left by the end of the night, phew!

The cousins all played and had a great time swimming! I only took a few pictures because I running around checking on the food.... Here are the pirates Mariah and Amelia in their boat:
Aunt Kelly and cute Beatrice
Little Avery laughing at all the cousins playing in the pool
Meg, such a happy little girl
Thanks everyone for coming over! We missed the Hopkin Family and hope they surprise us for... Pioneer day? :-) We get to see the Burdetts next weekend, WAHOO!
