Lack of posting...

I once again apologize for the lack of posting. This man is partly to blame....

and all his friends and frenamies...
I know I am 5 years behind the trend, but better late then never, right? We just finished Season 1 and I'm not too sure how much I like the hatch. Or Locke. (He kind of is getting on my nerves... Arzt was getting on my nerves to, and then he was blown to pieces.... is Locke next?)

Posts to look forward to: Our new office, nursery updates, and third trimester! Wahoo!

Also... I now have a love for Peanut Butter. I love Peanut Butter Cup Golden Spoon (with peanut butter chips on top), Peanut Butter Captain Crunch, Reese's Pieces, PayDays... pretty much put peanut butter on anything and I will eat it these days. Who needs Pickles and Ice Cream when you can have peanut butter and oreos?

We interrupt this marriage....

My parents have a plaque in their office that reads, "We interrupt this marriage for the basketball season"

I need a plaque that says, "We interrupt this marriage for the Michigan football season"

Yes it has begun.

Anyone want to have lunch next Saturday, and every Saturday until December? Because I am open!!

Finally.... it has arrived!

While we were in the Dominican I read The Hunger Games. I could not put it down and couldn't wait to see how it ended. I got to the end and it said "...to be continued in Book 2" WHAT!?!?! I was SO mad. I couldn't possibly wait until we got home to pick up the next book. It got worse, it wasn't even out yet! Well ladies and gentleman, today was the day! My sister had pre-ordered it on Amazon for my birthday and it arrived this morning. I have been waiting all day to read it and I am so excited!

Thanks Ash!

Shava

The best part about living in Las Vegas is that it is in between California and Provo... so people are always stopping by. This morning two of my favorites needed a little time to run around before making the stretch back to SJC.... Andy and I like to call them "Shava" (Shea-Ava)

Both girls liked climbing the stairs. Ava informed me she would liked to be called "Pearl" from now on... I thought it was very lady-like. So here is Pearl and Shea on the stairs.
Baby Shea LOVED chocolate milk (the horse)
Even though we only got to see the Larsen family for a few hours, it was still great to catch up and get some loves! Can't wait for our next trip to CA so we can see the girlies again!

Blog Update...

I am still in the process of fixing the blog up...I don't like the header, but it will do for tonight. Anyone know how to get rid of the "undefined" at the top of the blog? I did something, and I don't know how to un-do it.

Thanks!

24 Weeks and my new favorite thing!

I officially hit 24 weeks! I am getting more and more excited as the weeks go on, and I am hoping the last months go as fast as the first 6 have gone! Here is the famous 24 week picture...not too different than 20 weeks? I know documenting the baby bump is cliche, but since my mom and sissy don't live close I do it for them...

As for my new favorite thing... a few months ago I got an iPod Shuffle at a work meeting. It has sat by our computer as I debated selling it on Craigslist. A few nights ago I decided to charge it and upload some music....can I just say it is the best thing EVER! I go walking each morning in hopes that I will retain some definition in my arms and legs and the shuffle has made them more enjoyable. I love not knowing what song will be next, I love being able to clip it to my bra and not have to worry about it falling, and I love that it is green (my new favorite color!)... I have had probably every model of the iPod and this is by far my favorite.

Also.... I have finally started re-working the blog banner and hopefully our beautiful blog will be updated soon, and no more "under construction"...

Recently

Here are a few updates from the Las Vegas Coons'...

1. I made a baby blanket this week for Baby Coons'. I realized I don't have the patience for making his entire bedding, which is probably good for Andy's sanity. For some reason I am really into the sailboats these days...

I love this bedding from Potterbarn Kids, especially the sailboat on the wall. Too bad it is sold out!

2. I finally like chocolate again, I was nervous that I would never like it... this is unfortunate news for my thighs, but I made some brownies tonight and they were so good!

3. I am growing out my bangs and it is KILLING me! So if you see me like this for the next couple of weeks, please don't judge.

Baby is now kicking and I love being able to feel him everyday. In just a few weeks I'll hit my third trimester and then the countdown is on!
