I am so excited for Grey's to start again this week... I have been recording the old seasons on Lifetime just for fun and today was the first episode of Season 1. I now get the 007-George thing! In case you all forgot, let me remind you. In the first episode George was chosen by Burke to do the first solo surgery--the appendectomy. If you remember, George totally freezes during the surgery, almost killing the patient. Then all the interns start calling him 007, or "License to Kill". I had TOTALLY forgot this minor detail, so in the season finale I didn't understand the whole 007 thing. Not that it mattered because I was/am such a hormonal wreck these days I was SOBBING throughout the whole episode and could barely hear anything anyway. So....in case you were clueless, now you know and can be more prepared for this weeks much awaited season premiere.

In other news I bought this DVD on amazon for a little workout. Since I didn't workout pre-pregnancy and I was panting from just walking up the stairs I decided I needed to start doing something.

I LOVE this workout. It is the perfect amount of time (35 minutes) plus she is hilarious during the whole workout. Halfway through the workout it pauses and says "POTTY BREAK" so you can go to the bathroom. Everything is doable and it gets my heart-rate going a little faster so I feel like I am getting a workout. I wish I had been doing this all along because I feel SO much better afterward.
