BFF

This week I am in California taking care of the Larsen family as we prepare for the newest Larsen boy to arrive. I feel a little naked without my bag of mommy tricks (cheerios,puffs,diapers, rattles, sippy cups, etc...) but am having fun with my newfound freedom.

Today I got to go to lunch with my best friend from High School, Abby. Abby and I were attached at the hip all throughout high school and although our lives are in different places-- I am a stay at home mom, and she is the event manager at the ever chic hotel Sofitel. Just last week she hosted the cast of Glee and Modern Family for a press release. At any rate, we had a great time catching up on her new love interests and discussing the joys of motherhood. And I got to end the night skyping with my boys. Lucas was so cute and kissed the computer. Melt my heart!
