What is it??

In my family whenever we needed the item pictured below...



We would always say "serge protector"... "I need a serge protector" "Will you go buy a serge protector" etc... The other night we were trying to set my work station at home and I said "Andy, can you go get a serge protector" He looked at me with a blank stare and said, a what? As I explained what I needed he replied, "Oh you need a plug bar." I said HUH? No, I need a serge protector.

Now then, this may be silly, but what is it called?? We cannot come to an agreement on what to call these nifty little things... Plug bar? or Serge Protector?

It's official!

Two driving tests and a 2 hour wait later... I am a Nevada resident. They wouldn't give my California license back, so it is official. I will admit I was a little sad, but we all have to grow up sometime I guess!!

We made it!

After living out of a suitcase for 4 weeks, we finally are all moved in and getting into a normal routine. We apologize for the lack of posting over the past few weeks! We have internet and will keep on our posting for the new year! We hope everyone had a great Holiday season, and we look forward to 2008!

Back to Southern California...

After Roseville, we headed back down to Orange County while I trained for work. We had a fun time just relaxing and preparing to head back to Las Vegas. We decided to make one last stop to... DISNEYLAND! It was SO empty and we walked on to Splash Mountain, I mean seriously, when does that ever happen? Here are a few pictures from the day...

The perfect way to end the day.... Buzzlight year, I always lose even though I seriously try my hardest to win... I point the laser gun at the target and i does nothing... towards the end I was just moving our chair around every time Andy went to shoot so he would miss... Look at how serious his face is in this picture... Classic!

Roseville!!

We had a FABULOUS trip up to Roseville, CA to visit the Trythall family. This year Santa brought them "Rock Band" for Xbox. Drew, Jake and Nick all played together and regrettably I did not film any of their performances, which were the highlight of our trip. I will say Jake was my favorite with the microphone getting into the dancing and singing his heart out. We saw some great movies and played Polly Pockets while listening to Disney Princess songs. Could anyone ask for a better vacation? Thank you Trythall family for letting us come and stay with you, we will come again!!

From one place to the next, this month has been spend traveling from place to place. From Provo, to Las Vegas, to California, to Costa Rica!! Our next destination...



ROSEVILLE!!! We get to spend the week with the Trythall family and we could not be more excited!! I think it is the best way to spend the new year. Although we miss everyone in Las Vegas, Texas, and Illinois, Northern California is our next stop.
