First stop: Macy's. I found NOTHING... I looked in every department, I even went to juniors.
Second stop: Ann Taylor Loft. I knew I would find something here because I love everything they have and it is reasonably priced. They had NOTHING
Third, fourth, fifth, sixth seventh stop: Ann Taylor, Express, Limited, Dillards, Nordstrom. (By the way, all those stores are not close to one another). NOTHING.... nothing even close. Express and Limited had jackets and pants, but way too expensive for one jacket.
After 2 long hours of roaming, searching, and endless frustration, I decided to call it quits. I had to walk back through Macy's to get to my car. As I am walking I see on this far FAR wall "Suits"... hmmm, I hadn't seen this before. It is tucked away behind dresses. I go to the sale rack to my size, and of course their is only one left. I wasn't even going to look, but decided what the heck, why not. I tired it on, and it was ADORABLE! Not only was it a suit jacket, but pants to match! It had darling lining, and pleats in the back. I was still a little skeptical because I didn't have my mom's approval. She is my #1 shopping buddy, and I need her approval for most things. I asked a few ladies who were walking into the dressing room and I got great reviews so I thought, ok it is a keeper. At this point I still hadn't looked at the price tag, so I looked down and the results were....
Originally: $240.00
On sale: $159.00
On sale again: $99.00
$99.00 was more than $70, but I couldn't pass up this beauty, I took it to the register, and Macy's was having a 20% off sale for the weekend, which brought the total to $80. As she was ringing it up I noticed a little bump in the jacket where the hanger had been poking it. I pointed it out to the salesperson, and she gave me an extra 10% off, bringing my subtotal to $70!!!! Talk about Shop til you drop! One long day of shopping, but definitely paid off in the end!
I took a picture in my new find just to show it off, and get the approval from my mom!!
(Disclosure--not the best picture because a. my hair today was an experiment and not the cutest b. im the only one home so I took the picture on photobooth- not the best quality)

Congratulations on the great find! It looks adorable and the major discounts--yeah girl! I was thinking about you walking around the fashion show and how confusing it is---just for future referance--Maceys is split, one on each side, the original and then they bought out robinson may and put a smaller version in. When the fashion show was redone they tried to leave alot of it open for tourists and that's where the crazy split levels came from. From the list of all the store you visited I really do think you have seen every level of that mall--bless your feet I hope they aren't hurting
