We have a house!!!
After months and months of looking and looking, pre-qualifying and going through the house hunt we decided a place to live. We also decided that since buying a home is a permanent thing... and dental school is not, renting was our best option. We looked at dozens of homes and finally found one that we liked, both agreed upon, and accepted dogs. We met with the owners, signed the papers and got the keys!! We decided to go to California this weekend to pick up some furniture pieces that my parents were giving us. So, here are the before pictures of the house (don't worry, we are painting the family room this week) and fun pictures from our trip to California!

Congratulations on the house! The neighborhood looks lovely-- and a good ward. Big stuff happening. I guess the dog is NOT coming up North to our house.
Yay! Wow... you live in a house now! That is so cool! Where is it at? It looks like it is kinda where one of my sister's houses are, so I was wondering if you are near them.

I can't believe you guys are living in a house. First you are a working woman, now you're in a home. Seriously, wasn't it yesterday when we were watching seven brides for seven brothers while eating 500 calorie ice cream sandwiches in our dorm room. When did you become an adult?!?! I can't wait to come see your house all decorated!
