Now I know that Provo is a fun city to live in, but top 10 status.. I submit that it is NOT!

i dont know i have heard from some people that as boring as provo may seem it can be pretty kick ass!! (just to quote one man i know haha)

Provo top 10? Please, I would rip it off my list for 2 reasons: Snow and traffic. If it snows anywhere, it's not on my list.
