Every year of my life I can remember my dad going to "Staubach Academy" where the entire company went somewhere in the country to have their annual conferences. This past week I got to go to my first Academy and it was really fun! Everyone always talks about Roger Staubach and what a great quarterback he was. At one point in the conference Roger got up and threw a few footballs as hard as he could. I don't know much about football, but let me tell you WOW! I have never in my life seen a football thrown so fast. I can only imagine how good Roger was back in the day. When I was introduced to him I was totally star struck. I didn't know what to say and I truly felt honored to have met him.
All in all it was a good time. The food was fantastic and it was fun to have experienced what my dad has done his whole career while going to Academy.

So every time i look at your blog i see the pictures of the rolls and i start to crave them. Please teach me how to make those! Aaron is officially jealous that you got to meet Roger Staubach : )
Honey, I could have introduced you to Roger years ago.... Sorry about that but he just seems like one of the family to mom and me!
