It is a workout video for core training as well as teaching Latin dances. While in her sleepy state she called and ordered it. The sales person kept asking her if she wanted to add on additional DVD's and she got mad that she hung up. The next morning she woke up not really sure if she actually ordered it. Today it was on the doorstep, apparently the order did go through. Anyway tonight we decided to test it out ... instead of actual dancing we felt like this:
I will say we did break a sweat and we would have kept going but we both were laughing too hard. Gotta love little McDreamy!
I highly recommend this for anyone needing a good laugh. :-)

Oh My Goodness!!! SO hilarious. Your mom is awesome for ordering stuff in the middle of the night. CBML is a classic...Kelly and I used to watch it everyday after school in Seventh grade. I can say the whole movie verbatim. McDreamy at his best...

From all my sisters comments, you can bet I say my fair share of this movie...it is so funny. I love BIG JOHN and his dance moves. I'd love to try that core workout, you know me and workout videos.
If you think the dancing is funny in that movie, wait till you see me try to follow the core video. Tribal wouldn't be the right word.
