Baby Update #3 (from Chile)

This is Tracy...I just talked to Jillian.  She is feeling great with the epidural and is dilated to an 8.  Looks like she is in the home stretch before starting to push.  She and Andy are watching the Final Four and everyone is happy...including Lucas who is with Grandpa and Grandma Coons.
