Wear your sunscreen folks!

When my parents got home from their mission they had doctor's check-ups. It was at the dermatologist where they found a melanoma spot on my dad's forehead. Since my dad and I have similar skin I decided to go and get a check-up. On my back they removed 2 moles, both were irregular, and one they needed better margins.

So I scheduled an appointment (day 3 of moving, mind you) and they took a chunk out of my back, right on my spinal cord. It was horrible. HORRIBLE. My entire back was sore, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't walk, and after about 3 days it itched like crazy. And the stitches would get caught on my bra strap and pull. Let's just say it was a very long 2 weeks having those things in.

Moral of the story.. WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN! After that experience I will be the sunscreen patrol because I never want to go through that again!
