Put your mind to go for it...get down and break a sweat


In high school I was able to do anything (athletically wise) because I was in some type of sport all year long. Since coming to Provo I work out maybe once a week, and usually that is just a mile on the treadmill and a few hand weights here and there. Everyday I walk up the stairs on the back side of campus and am huffing and puffing by the time I get to the top. My conclusion was I am out of shape, and if I was forced to swim 7000 yards or play volleyball for 3 hours I think I would die. So after work the other day I decided to buy a work out DVD. Cari always tells me that she loves them and they are a great work out. So I bought one of Minna Lessig's and let me tell you I woke up this morning and could NOT get out of bed. My abs were so sore and my thighs and arms were beat. Tonight I tried to do a different segment and just about died. I guess I am out of shape after all. I highly recommend this DVD for anyone looking for a quick little work out and at the time seems pretty easy. Anyways, thats all for now!

That a girl!! I have never see that one before... I'll have to look into it. I love the Saved by The Bell title. Don't get any thinner.... you look great!

Glad to see someone else in this family that can work out! We may have to get you in shape for the Kokopelli Triathlon coming up in April!!!

Way to bust your buns!! Did you get the whole sweatband look going on before you started? I'm thinking that this video is calling to us to dress up and work our booties off! What do you say? shall we set a date? It'll be the jilly and kara: no one was prepared for their HOT BODIES.. dance a thon!!! I'm so excited! DI run?
