On April 7th my Aunt threw a birthday party for my Grandpa Honey's 80th. It was so fun to get together and spend time with the family. Since my grandpa loves the beach it was only suiting that it was a "Beach" themed party.

My cousin Brandi and I threw together some fun party games and my parents were on Skype the throughout the whole party and really the night couldn't have been better. I have been wanting to blog about this fun night for many weeks now, but haven'e been able to find the right words. That night was the last time we saw and played with sweet Baby Tate before he unexpectedly returned to our Father in Heaven. It was so tender because that night Lucas and Tate played in this inflatable pool for a good 45 minutes. Lucas was tossing balls to Tate and making him laugh. I wish I had better picture of the two of them because it really was so so sweet.
It is so interesting because as Andy and I drove home from the party we just kept talking about how cute it was that Lucas was playing with Tate and how sweet he was with him. How grateful we are for not only the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation, but also that we were able to know and love sweet Tate. It truly was a night to remember, and one we will always look back on with fondness.
