4 kids is a lot of kids

This week was a simple week with nothing too crazy. Just our usual sports, dance, cheer playing with Mona and laughing at Mable's antics. Tonight Mable was making us laugh so hard telling us about the movie Tangled and how when "Emoji" (Eugene) cuts Rapunzel's hair the "Ma-der" (Mother) hands turn old and her hair turns white. It was so funny to hear her rendition of what happens. She also couldn't have dessert until she ate one piece of meat. She was chewing and chewing and then she came running in saying it was gone. I asked her where it was and she said, "the trash". Well at least she was honest, haha.

Lucas and Jane played so well together all weekend. I LOVE when they get along. It makes for a much easier day.

Andy and I had to speak in Sacrament today. So happy it's over. We talked about Finding peace in Christ and Drawing nearer unto Christ. I loved Andy's talk and his analogy of when you have cancer you have to use aggressive treatment in order to prolong and save your life. When we are complacent in our spirituality and have doubting thoughts we need to use aggressive treatment to save our testimonies through active prayer, fasting, scripture study and temple attendance. I snapped a picture on our way out of the house to show my mom and sister what I was wearing. Don't mind the messy bed in the back 🙈

 Grandpa John and Grandma Jane spent the day with us on Saturday at baseball and soccer. They are troopers to cheer on the kids all day.

 We are slowly sleep training without being swaddled... she loves it, but doesn't sleep quite long enough.

 I have been braiding Mable's hair and I LOVE it and so does she!

This week will be crazy with Jane's birthday coming up and all the party preparations. If Jane wasn't over the moon excited to have a party and all her friends over I would probably NEVER do them because I do not enjoy the planning, execution or mess 😂  Wish us luck!
