Just a normal week

This week was just a normal week of carting kids to and fro while trying to maintain a clean house, nutritious dinners and a good nights rest. Daylight savings has been a rough transition and every single one of us has been sleeping in way too late! We are trying to adjust, but our usual wake up at 6:30 am and have an hour to get ready has turned into wake up at 7:30 and try and get out the door in 10 minutes. It has made for some cranky kiddos, but hopefully we can sleep in this weekend and makeup for the lost hours of sleep and be ready for Monday!

Storytime with Mable at Pop included a free sugar cookie to decorate
We also hung the girls easel boards on the wall to free up more floor space and it has been a huge hit!
Mona's 4 Month Check-up... weighing in at 14 pounds 2 ounces, 25.5 inches! 70th Percentile on weight, 90th for height and head.
Jane and her cute friends Abby and Quinn after soccer practice
Mable trying to smile and eat her cookie at her St Patty's day party.
Mable's favorite pastime- Just Dance "Handclap"
 Another day... another bottle
Found this in Lucas' journal that I like to read every few months... Made me a little sad for him since he will never have a little brother.
I told Andy about it and here was our conversation... hahahaha
Shocking... Mable is in her Elsa dress, again... If it is clean, chances are she is wearing it. She wants another one for her birthday so one is always clean.

Today at school the kids got to have a free dress day if they wore green for St Patricks Day. We thought a green shirt with a rainbow was a good choice to celebrate.
In order to have a free dress day the kids have to bring a dollar. It's a fundraising effort by the school... I didn't have a dollar, but found a gold coin ($1).. we also thought it was appropriate form of payment for the holiday :)
Purchased a Pop 'N Jump for Da Mons... it's portable and will be accompanying us to all baseball, soccer, pool, and basketball days.

Lucas had a baseball game this week and did AWESOME. I didn't take any pictures, but not one person on the other team got a hit off his pitches and he struck out 4 players. So proud of his hard work and dedication!!
